stoopid question but i'm bored, who changes them, is it the mods, so if they don't like someone they slag them off and there's nothing the person can do about it

I apologise once again but i am really bored:)

If you get over 500 posts you can change it yourself.

You can change it yourself mate - I believe it's in the User Control Panel under 'Edit Profile' :D
