Sounds like the westcountry lads are thinking about having another rolling road day and castle combe. http://www.sxoc.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=374454. Sounds like the last one was a good day:nod: Anyone thinking of going this time?

Could be a possibility Chris :nod: I'd be a passenger with sum1 tho as the 'new' S14 is gone now and my 'old' one will be laid up over winter. :nod:

Yeah sold the 1 u saw - that was the 'new' 1. My other S14 I've owned for over 4yrs (been on the road less than 2yrs!) :rolleyes:

I'm probably going to go for a look around but due to a minor clutch slip i'll have to pass on taking part. That is unless it's less likely to slip on the rollers, only really does it in 4th and 5th if you boot it, seems fine if you are progressive with the throttle like I should be:rolleyes:

Ha ha i'll be the chubby guy perving at your car:rolleyes: Mines a state at the moment, the only clean bit on it is the windscreen and thats debatable:wack:

I get the feeling it will still be very clean mate. Everyone can see the inperfections on their own cars that other just won't see:nod:

Perhaps,people do look at me funny whem i'm giving a guided tour of scuffs and door dents lol :wack:
Should be clean,as long as they don't put salt on the road that weekend :rant: :cry: :thumbs:

Your car might still make a decent power figure on the rollers, but your torque curve will probably max out before 286ftlb torque.

Neither have i mate. The way i look at it is that it can't really do any more harm than a fast drive on the road:nod:

Kinda what i'm expecting although when i've been up against the same/higher spec cars i've had to lift off on more than one occasion so that i don't go up the back of them. Either way it should be good for a laugh:nod:
