And shockingly, other than having mildly raw-feeling knees, and a slightly clicky left ankle..

I feel purdy damned fine :D

As the day progresses, the burning sensation in my knees and lower legs grows :D

My knees ached less after two hours of aikido, than they did from two hours of sitting at the side watching. Go figure :)

It does get better D... that's the good news.....

The bad news is that it doesn't get better for a long time yet... :D

Probably going to end up going twice weekly, I doubt I could afford any more than that, in fact, affording once a week is pushing it :(

But these things have to be done :D

Sooooo just, plain, bad, doing the warm-up routines, and every single bone in my body is cracking, and clicking.. rolling my neck, and there's this continual crunching sound as I rotate :eek:

But top fun, nonetheless :cool:
