Does anyone have a prefered date for our return visit to the Rolling Road at Circuit Motors?
I was thinking, Saturday again, possibly 25th October?
Does this give everyone enough time to get the necessaries ready?

I would like to run my car this time! but its all subject to getting my stage 2 and clutch fitted in time! should know in about 10 days :thumbs:

If i can find out what's causing my backfire and idle probs then it will be there!! :wack:
I think i've found it but have to test my theory at the weekend.
I think Matt (200sxs13) should have his done by then too.

The 25th is good for us, although I am away at Dastek South Africa from the 26th October through to the 7th November, so please avoid the time between those dates.

I'd do it again to see if i can get a better figure but doubt i'd have any other bits on the car, Well not go faster bits anyway (i'm leaving my jack at home too :o)
Unless someone wants to buy me some exhaust bits?

Was going to say that the jack wouldn't make a difference to your figures as it's nothing to do with power to weight, but then remembered. D'oh the jack incident.:annoyed::annoyed:

Is it terminal? I didn't think your problems were too serious? Or have you resided to fully SORN it for the winter major works? In which case, little point I suppose?
25th is a few weeks away so will hopefully be enough time.
I'll keep the thread updated, but there will come point where I will need to take confirmation bookings with accompanying payment. Same prices as before.

Is a bit tight, if we leave it any longer it will have to wait until after 7th November.
Would be good to see what others think. It may well be prefereable to leave it until November then before commiting.
'About a month' was verbally suggested by a few at the last run, hence going for that date.
Numerous reasons for the re-run. One didn't complete his run so wants to get the problem sorted and go again. A couple of peoples cars weren't quite ready. Jez was offered a free re-run.
I'll update the list, but hopefully people can also shout if the date is too tight.

basically i need to get more air into the car or get less fuel in. Was thinking that the mongoose was too restricted but people have 330ish on them ok. I am checking to see if my tubby is actually an RS one at the moment, fingers crossed. If its not i'll go 3A with 2871r :nod: (when i win the euro millions :rolleyes:)
I don't have any zorst bits at the moment but was looking at the apexi N1 dual and a moonface downpipe.

Hmm.
I wouldn't of thought the exhaust would be a problem.
Too rich? Is it a Jez chip? And what boost are you running?
I'll hopefully have a Z32MAF fitted by then, should sort any fuel/air concerns out. Got the 740cc injectors, FPR, and PowerFC, so no problem for me getting the fuel in if I need to. If your maxing your turbo out, time for an upgrade.:thumbs:

Oh, and what type of FMIC do you have?
It is too rich. its a stage3 chip at 18psi but should have been a bit more than that. About 1.4 bar is what i get on the road but only 1.2 on the rollers.
I agree with the tubby upgrade just have no dallar at the mo. What tubby you got?

Oh, and what type of FMIC do you have?
its an autobahn one, Flows a lot better than a type2 from apex as thats what i had before, I had tu turn the boost down after i fitted the autobahn.

i dunno if theres much point in running myself but would my mate (murt300zx) be able to run?
i think we both wanna know what his 300zx is pushing now...

The only dates not really available in Novenber are 1st and 8th. All the rest are available... for now ;)
Oh, Price remains the same and depending on numbers, we can start a little later too :)
