Help with my S13 in Chippenham

Hi guys, my S13 is really starting to p*ss me off now, so is there anyone in the area that would be willing to come over tomorrow (sun 28th) and give me and 200sxs13 a hand in trying to find whats wrong and putting it right??
We'll be stood scratching our heads unless someone can have a brain wave and figure out whats making it run so badly.

what are thesymptoms mateis it over fueling? missing?? put as much details as you can up and we might be able to make a check list or something

Right well the problems are once the engine is started it doesn't want to idle (seems to run on 3), and back fires into the inlet plenum. But when blipping the throttle the revs will climb perfectly fine and seems to run ok.
Tried disconnecting each injector in turn - no difference
tried disconnecting each coil pack in turn - no difference
tried another CAS - no difference
tried checking the mechanical timing several times over and it's spot on
checked the TPS seems ok,
tried disconnected the AFM and it went into limp home so that seems ok,
check for air leaks, can't find any,
we disconnected the cas and turned by hand, we could hear each injector open in turn and checked that each spark plug fired too.
Compression tested the engine and got 150-150-150-170, leak down raised it to 170 across all four (so i know my rings are on the way out but not bad enough to not run)

That's a bummer. This won't help by I had a similar problem two summer's ago where just as a pulled into the drive it sarting running like shite, as if it was on 3 cylinders, spent all day checking everything, just for it to magically sort itself out :annoyed::annoyed:
