Saturday morning I went up to Oulton Park as my mate was testing his Mitsibushi Starion to get the setup right for the car which he races in the Toyo Challange. It was an open trackday with loads of cars - Scoobys, Evos, Caterhams, Porsches etc...
Hoping for a run in the Starion (which he had fitted a passanger set to for the day), I unfortunatly missed out, anonther friend however too me out in his RWD Cossie :) All rally'd up with only 2 bucket seats, and running 17" slicks this thing fecking moved :)
Although the straight line speed wasnt astounding, Pete, my friend who took me out is a really good driver (hes one of the instructors at the rally school there) and he took me out for 3 laps on the Island circuit.
Well enjoyed it, just need to sort the clutch on the 200 and Ill really be looking in to booking another trackday for myself as I had to drop out of the one just past for the aforementioned clutch :(
