After the success of last years Christmas event :wack: I want to gauge some interest on doing something this year.
Something non-car related really, so meal/bowling/pool etc….
Who is interested and who has suggestions?

Dog racing is good banter...last time i went i got very carried away!

Ice karting:sxoc:

Rugby...um..watching a load of blokes touch each other in the cold...:ghey:

Meal + drinks...standard choice..would have to make find a venue that caters for everyones taste

bowling...combined with a meal??

I still think we should have a meal at The Gloucester Old Spot. How about bowling in an afternoon, then on to the old spot for a meal?

I'll organise something similar for the folk in the Bristol and Bath area.

I was thinking of meeting in one of the pubs in Saltford for a set Christmas meal. Haven't contacted anyone yet but will try and sort something next week for an evening in December.

Will try not to let the date clash with the Gloucester/Cheltenham do, so people can go to both if they wish.

thats the plan Jibber, was going to put the details up when i got home (still working :annoyed:)
but to summerise:

Bowling at Cotswold Bowl in cheltenham, then down the road to The old spot for some grub.
More than likely a saturday afternoon / evening.
Early december looks free-est so any objections speak now or forever hold you peace.

Maybe do it in place of next months meet?

Anyway, yeah, we could have it in place of next months meet - which would put it on the 6th.

Personally for me, it was mentioned at work today about some of us going for a meal early December, so I will go have a word with them to see if they can organise it so that I don't have any social calender conflicts.
