right peeps just trying to get some info for this as I am in the middle of trying to organize one of these locally info I would like from you guys would be
1. price you would be willing to pay (perday or for a weekend)
2. what facilities you want there
3. how far you would be willing to go
4. how much seat time you would like?
please keep this on topic as I am trying to sort this out for a local event that may be repeated throughout the winter and the new year who knows

1) depends on size of venue really dude and how many people you can get (more = cheaper but it has to be an attractive price)
2) tyre fitter will ideally be needed and bogs if weekend event..
3) travelling is know biggy really for me (but cost of event +travelling can create issues)
4) LOADS OF SEAT TIME lol
if you can arrange something then that would be great, llandow can be had for quite a cheap price given that if it is run on a week day.

food for thought simon, take TDSW, they have regular days in somerset and chsrge £20 a head for a couple of hours and they always sell out mega quick.
also you will need somethings for marking up a track too.

I'd be well up for this. Something around the £50-75 for the weekend, like TDW was. Peeps should be able to afford that.

llandow :D = WIN
i know that it would get filled out dude. could even split it into grip and drift sessions
Smeatharpe is in Somerset and the people around where the trampers go are not very nice and spend all day trying to interupt and complain about noise. Also ther is no run off unless you fancy hitting containers etc. Gav suggested a place near Carmarthen used to be an Airfield but now back in the ownership of the Farmer. Just PM him.
