My neighbour has a Delorean

Haven't lived in my house very long but have heard a rumble from the other end of the street a few times. Saw a Delorean drive down the road the other day and though 'cool don't see many of them' :) Then I saw it again the other day and figured out he lives on my street :cool:

Seeing (and hearing) a nice car go by every now and again makes life that bit nicer :) Another neighbour owns a 300zx which I enjoy seeing go by ;)

Any one else have neighbours with good (or at least individual) taste?

BTW have done a bit of background reading on DMC and apparently the Delorean has a Renault V6 and is not actually perticularly quick :confused:

no, the deloreans are a bit "maaauuff and no trahhhsis". They do look pretty cool mind you - stainless steel and all that. I am currently hatching a plan to turn a wheelbarrow into one for our yearly "Barrow race" around the village :D
Neighbours with cool cars?? Theres a guy up the road from me that has a Dodge Charger (I think) - I saw it up the pod last RWYB I went to. It has Maaahhooosive tyres (gotta be 305+) but unfortunately never wants to race me :(
Theres another dude with 4 ferraris - notable because he flies a massive prancing horse flag from his house every time the red 'uns win a GP :)

Next door neighbour has a Paramount Converted XKR Convertible...burble burble... The people that lived in the house before had a Rolls amongst other things but their taste was questionable

There's also a pristine old classic Mustang at the end of the road

Next door neighbour has got a Rolls, an old W reg. It was in the Sun newspaper a few months ago, the bailiffs took it because of unpaid parking tickets.

Bloke round the corner has a TVR:) nice.

someone a few streets from me had/has (havent seen it in a while) a two tone red (top bit) misting into dark silver (bottom bit) corvette (i think it was a stingray) it sounded gorgeous and looked mint condition :)

though I did used to live next to James McAurthur (Danno from Hawaii five-o)... he had a Delorean that never left his driveway

Yep, that's the one, I asked him about that story. It was all total bullsh*t made up by a friend in the papers to help his case:D

The Rolls has nothing to do with his daughter at all! The bailiffs came round at about 6 in the morning and got him up. He told them that he would go straight to the cashpoint to get the £250 or so, for the unpaid fines.

When he got back, they had moved 2 cars off the drive and taken the Rolls on a low loader:eek: Gone nowhere to be seen, he didn't even see it go. Nor did I, I was asleep and missed it all.

He went to court and won his case, more bullsh*t and got the car back.

Such a nice bloke though:D

My next door neighbour has had an E34 M5, a Celica GT4, some fast bikes, and when he saw my 2*****, he said "nice car, what is it?" When I told him, he said "yeah, they make good cars Nissan, I'm going to buy meself a Skyline soon" :D

Not many decent cars around here, TVR, westfield, GTO, S2000, a bloke round the corner had a 200sx but now he has a scooby wrx. Theres a few audi TT's couple of IS200's I think thats it.

My neighbours' cars are all fairly dull. A Surgical Reg has a TT, but that's just too gay. The coolest car in the lot is undoubtably a white s14... :D

My neighbour has a pretty cool Scooby, but the boot is crammed full of something called an "install".. no idea, but apparently it has DVD and a PS2... :rolleyes: :p :D :D

Hopefully the coolest car will soon be my Skyline...! :rolleyes: :D
