Tuesday night BT had a system crash and lost 4 pipes they had 3 back up by 3am but took a while to get the fourth backup. this resulted in most ISP's having to reboot there systems yesterday afternoon. so blame BT for that one ;)

Well that explains the 2 hours of pissing around on Tuesday evening trying to get onto the net via BT ADSL. Sending myself nuts, checking all the settings over and over again, change one, try it, didn't work, change it back, try another, etc. etc. etc.

Ilford Exchange did suffer an outage on Wednesday, around 11am I believe. Visited a customer at lunchtime, theirs tripped out within 5 minutes of me walking through the door DOH!
