Apexi fc comander help

Hi Jez i bought my 200 the other day and it came with a new apexi fc comander. the bloke said that he fitted the ecu but when he conected the battery he put the terminals around the wrong way! so he said he blew a load of fuses and when he went to start the car after he replaced the fuses it wouldnt start, then he said he put the standard ecu on it ran.
is there any way you could check the apexi one out for me?

As the car runs with the std ECU and doesn't with the PFC, I'd say the PFC is probably screwed.

I'm afraid that we can't repair them.
