how you guys stopped the rear parcel shelf from rattling, it seems to be the metal shelf that rattles when the stereo is on :annoyed::annoyed:

You sure its not the boot latch?
If its definatly the shelf,pop off the carpet shelf and stick down some flashing tape or some dynamat!also get some on the underside! :thumbs:

You can adjust the boot latch. I made a temp repair on the E60 in Belgium by wedging paper in the lock mech and slamming it shut :wack:

Adjust it by moving the latch :)

If its the parcel shelf, remove it, line it with something (i used foam) make sure all the clips are in place then smack it home :)
