I've bought fags from internet sites in Spain before. They're run by english people and designed for English people.
They're about £2.50 a pack if you buy 400 and they arrive in a week. They're EU duty paid so you should be OK in theory...

I used ciggies.com and somkeexpress.com for quite a while successfully but both had trouble with customs and disseapered without trace and never sent the last order I'd paid for...

That said, I used them over time and made a good saving, even taking the losses into account.

I try and keep a stash of duty free these days (off to Spain for work on Thursday!).
