Can we define a guide for what size (dimension) sig pics should be.
browsing tonight i have noticed that some are quite large again.

I agree mate, they do seem to be getting quite large. There are a few that are very wide too so it tends to disappear of the side of my screen.

500x200 pixels should be big enough for anyone.

Yours was fine on my PC mate, the 2 piccys were on top of each other so wasnt wide at all.

Its not just the dimensions, some are huge in file size too :mad:

Mine is 60x525 and just 10k in size

how do you get a sig pic of the bottom of the posts ?

how do you host them and where do you put the link :confused:

cheers i got a pic of my first car :D any ideas where to host i have heard image station is a bit funny with hosting of sigs ?

Hey can't you clever IT teccy mod chappies sort the SXOC site out so we can host an avatar or sig pic for each paid up member or would that not be poss? Just an idea.

Check with your ISP, nearly all of them provide free web space, this would be ideal to host your sig.

The board lets you upload avatars (Like mine) but I guess hosting sigs would just be too much on bandwidth overheads.

You're not kidding. This BBS eats enough bandwidth a month as it is.
