View Full Version : Need a massive amount of help here :'-(
Right,
Some of you are aware of some issues that have been going on for a while now with a twat who rents a garage down the lane where I live... all sort of came to a head on Monday/Tuesday with a majorly unroadworthy car being dumped on my drive durin the hour that Jay and I went shopping. No tax, rotten inside & out... so we left a note on it + checked houses/garages i the area for the owner. Contacted DVLA, the council and the police on Tuesday. Advised that as it was private land, we were within our rights to have said car removed... so we did.
Local pikey twat turns up that evening kicking off that someone has nicked his car from there, that the driveway is his and we will 'regret our actions'. Come home this morning and well....
Drivers side windows both smashed, all 4 tyres slashed, car been screwdrivered down to the metalwork over half the car :( Estimated repair cost is about £3500 as the metalwork is nicely fecked up with the scratch depth. Bee 8 hours since the incident was discovered and I still haven't stopped shaking :(
Need to ask for some help here. Am going to have to stick her off the road somewhere to get some wheels & windows sorted... and looks like will have to ask Channie to sort a full respray when this is over.
Feel so fkin violated right now  Would get pictures up but no camera, and hurts to much to look at her

That sucks dude :(
Feel for ya buddy.
Police came eventually at about 9am - took a 6 page statement. Went off to issue a warrant for him. Not sure what they can do for now :( Have witnesses of threats made which goes in my favour. Doubt that they will do anything about it though... and if I fix her and stick her back, same thing will happen again.
Its a joke - only choices are going to be - sell as is, repair & sell, or repair & get her smashed up again.
Should have found him, killed him and disposed of the body, then never spoke of it again.

Why oh why is it that pikey's are allowed to live!
They should be shot at birth, in fact before. Their parents should have been shot at birth. Make that grandparents or even great grandparents

What car is it mate? If you have standard wheels could prob pick up a new set cheap from a breaker, same goes for the windows.
Funny you should say that - the police intimated the exact same thing to me. Shows they have faith in our legal system too.
Its my 14a matey. I've got some standards in the lobby that are halfway through refurb that I can put on next week. Going to have to sort some windows from somewhere though for basic protection from the elements.

Still can't beleive this mate, like the idea above of killing the guy and hiding the body tho. Should be able to get hold of the window in the door easily enough but have heard the rear windows are a pita to fit:( Might be worth keeping an eye on e:ghey: also:nod: Good luck mate
Had various mates pop over during the morning for manly hugs. Would love to stake the scumbag out on a hot day and slice his guts open for the buzzards. But of course with British law, justice is hard to come by.
What they said is, basically, what I said? :wack: I really do not know what I would do, but I would certainly consider that to be the only long-term solution, with our (laughable) legal system. How much punishment would you suffer before the crimes escalated to the point where the police would actually do something? I know, you could burn his caravan down :D
Funny you should say that - the police intimated the exact same thing to me. Shows they have faith in our legal system too.
WTF! (sitting with channie on phone to you now!)
If you need somewhere to put car, I have a garage.... (Although needs a bit of clearing out).
Didn't he ASK to use that land before to park the car, so obviously you and he know he is full of **** ?
Matthew
Might need to take you up on that offer Matt. Will need to get some steelies sourced to move her for now.
Is it un-manly to say that I'm sitting here almost i tears
Sure Melissa won't mind it, but will ask her if it's ok (if its what you need.)
Matthew
Shit fella as i said i'l come over after work to look at the damage and see if there is anything i can do to 'fix' the situation
It's not as bad as it could have been. Most important thing is that Jay is ok. Positive side is that it gives me an excuse for a full respray.
Not much you can do about a turd like that, as he'll continue to be a turd day in day out, no matter what happens.
Melissa said sue his arse though :D She's gutted for you.
About time you had a covert camera put up! -covert so they might be stupid enough not to wear a mask/hoodie etc. Speaking of which, are there any security camera's from the ship next door etc? Have a look round!
Matthew
That is gutting :(
Id think id cry to if that happened to me, hope you can sort it all out and catch the scrote bud, how the f**k do they get there kicks out of doin this?? amazes me :(
Perhaps ask him if he knows who would do this sort of thing (whilst recording it?) :D
Matthew
Worst thing of it all is I actually have a cctv system on order which should be here next week. Sods law that he does something before its up. No cameras at any of the shops either back here. Gents from Wolferstan's solicitors were up here earlier as they have a storage lockup. They said they will make some inquiries regarding various routes of action for me totally gratis.
Sorry to hear this bud :(
Have you tried contacting Combellacks for windows as I recall they had 2 S14a's down there a while back, don't know if they are still there now? The windows you mentioned were still intact as far as i can recall...hope you get it sorted soon.
Will give them a call tomorrow. Don't have any way to go pick any up now though

If only life was that easy these days.
Not heard a peep back from the police yet. Got to love trying to do things the legal way - it always ends up shafting you :( Wish I was an unscrupulous bloke with a penchant for stabbing broken bottles in peoples eyes etc

Keep on to them:nod: If you hassel them enough they tend to actually do something:rolleyes:
That's the trouble your a throughly alright bloke without any dodgy history rofl. If only your were 'ard! ;)
Let me know whats happening with your car or if you need help moving etc. Perhaps I'll pop round at luncheon tomorrow and have a gander, or after work?
Matthew
I'll be up all day mate. Union rep is organising things so that I don't need to go back i this week, and I have next week off. Would love to get the car moved as soon as poss to remove it from harms way, but at the same times I don't like asking for favours as you know :(
Dude this is terrible. Cant believe this  WTF is wrong with these people.
cant we do an sxoc mass gathering and trash their caravan park? Only way we are gonna out number them..It might catch on nationwide..
I think by Pikey he really meant chav gangster wannabe (It is likely car ringing and small time drug supply).
Matthew
EGeneric low life scumbag basically yus :( He talks n act slike a pikey tho. Can't discuss specifics on an open forum obviously though.

Steve that is fcuking shit mate. :(
All down your little alley to, i thought it was alright down there as its a dead-end isn't it?
What car did he have parked on your land/driveway, and how can he claim its his ffs?

Sorry to read all about this Steve :(* You've had that 14a gradually building up over the years, I'd feel the same despair if something like that happened to my original S14  Someone must have seen something, would've made quite a noise.
V reg Vectra got dumped here - no tax, no mot, all the seats were coated brown/green with mould, and the sunroof was held on with gaffa tape. Blatent abandoned vehicle.
Used to be really quiet down here - this bloke has been causing more and more issues over the past couple of years :( Had the PCSOs out last year giving him some warnings - one of which is that he is not to park vehicles on the driveway under any circumstances as it ca be classed trespassing and fly tipping.
Ross - coppers are making some door to doors right now... not much I ca do expect wait for now tbh :(
Would love to get the car moved as soon as poss to remove it from harms way, but at the same times I don't like asking for favours as you know :(
Gutted for you mate :( Hope they find him and cut his balls off, fry them up in fat sliced from his arse and serve them up after a 3 week starvation diet! Stories like this make me so
If there's anything I can do, just ask. Its not asking for favours, its helping out a mate in need as far as I'm concerned. Got a decent amount of storage space in my garage if you need it - the whole thing if neccessary. -I'm happy to park mine outside! Its been done before when Chiffs was breaking his car. Then he got an offer from another mate who had a lockup closer to home. put it back together and moved it there!
There must be some genetic disorder occurring more and more often nowadays for people to even think about doing something like that, let alone those screwed up fcukwits who actually go out and deliberately with malicious intent to damage someone elses property.:mad::mad:
Its not asking for favours, its helping out a mate in need as far as I'm concerned.
So true.
Are you free this lunch time Wolfe, or would it be better popping round after work?
Matthew
Free all day Matt. Won't be in the prettiest of states though so I apologise beforehand.
Tegs - the offer is awesome, but getting her to Exeter would be a right ball-ache, as would getting up there to work on her. But thanks for that :) we know exactly who it is, just getting things pinned on him properly.
Sorry for not being in Matt - was down the police station sorting more stuff out :(
Only just got back a few minutes ago.
Sorry to hear this bud :(

Checked their website - no 200sxs currently at site - do they keep parts on the shelf down there as well at all?
Ive got 4 s14a wheels you could borrow to get it moved.
Just need to find another SXOCer going your way:thumbs:
NP Steve, just popped round at lunchtime and chatted to Jay instead. I couldn't see any area where it is down to the metal, but I was only having a quickie look.
Worry will not add a single day to your life. Just have a cup of tea, and have something decent to eat. There is nothing you can do about the guy being a prick unfortunately, but you have our help when you need it :)
Matthew

Yep, before they crush them they take off any useful bits. Maybe worth giving them a call...

He'll get off with a warning again...people like that always do...
trick is to find him...kill him...chop him up...and then feed him to some pigs...remove his teeth first mind!;)
problem solved:thumbs:
Awesome gent on here from Ireland - Nutjob just PM'd me - and he has the windows I need. Will need to sort a courier out but looks like thats one problem solved.
Matt - bonnet is into the metal. Cost of sorting it will be the same as buying a CF one... so thats an instant replacement.
Def - looks like I should be able to borrow a set of wheels locally to get her moved. Just organising where too still.
WHen I was looking under the tape this afternoon, I put a whole in the rear window. Might need to tape that up Steve as its raining now.
Matthew
Still dry down here :P But I'll block the hole off :)

Thats it kick a man when he's down:D Wolfe it could also be worth trying pps on here as they seem to have a fair amount in stock:nod:
Will check them out. Drivers window arriving Monday, just the quarter panel one to be replaced now.
You deffo got windows sorted out?

Yeah Dave and james at PPS are good lads  Bought a few things from them... including my rear window!!
You deffo got windows sorted out?
Cutjob is couriering the drivers front window tomorrow. Just on the hunt for the rear quarter panel drivers side now.
Channie - any word on when spesh will be sorting memberships out? Kinda hampers things not having access to the members for sale & wanted section :(
If it can wait til Monday, I'll have one for you (assuming I can get the thing out lol). Can't really afford to send it to you though..... Know anyone who travels this way?
Don't know of anyone up and down that way... but if you find out the courier costs, I can paypal / bank transfer the cash to you without issue. Thanks hugely for the offer of help. Goes to you and all the others who've stepped up over this. Its a sad thing that I'm getting infinitely more help and support from the club than the law :/
It's shit what's happened, but if we all help out a little as a club, it costs us nothing and you get your pride and joy back . PM me your address and I'll see what it costs to send.

Could pick up those S14a wheels from Def at Taunton Deane Services for example? If still needed Steve - I'll be coming down to Plymouth this Sunday. Anything else from up this way I could collect and bring down if needed Sun; plenty of space as will take the missus' Rover.
Wheels are covered Ross.
XR - will send address details over shortly
:D
Funny how some cars are prone to unfortunate leaks.... especially BMW's.
Glad your getting this sorted Steve :)
Matthew
Any news on the use of your garage mate? Can't really be leaving her here much longer in her current state :(
Off to view a secure storage garage 10 mins walk away tomorrow. Will be a lot easier for me as I can collect the car, bring it over for some work, and return it to safety again after.

Sorry to hear about this mate, I dont know what I would do if somebody did this to me
If you need a set of wheels I have a standard set with good rubber but I am from the Exeter area
Talked to Melissa. If you need garage you can use it :)
Matthew
PM me your number mate - need to have chat-skis over it all.
Will be borrowing Channies standard s15 wheels for a week or so until I can get my standard alloys sorted out and tyred.

sorry for ur bad luck mate i know its wrong but id probably go after someone my old mans shotty if they did this to my car any help needed sourcing parts im sure were all happy to help to get her back on the road wats insurance co said if they give u money to replace bits upgrade oppertunity???
Due to my sedate driving (and hardly doing 40 miles a week), I'm on tpft. Even if I wasn't, the cost to repair would write the car off instantly. Best bet for me is to repair out of my own pocket :(
Should have found him, killed him and disposed of the body, then never spoke of it again.
That's what would have happened in Spain
Loads of dead gypsy cnuts buried up in the mountains of Valencia ;)
Him smashing a car up ain't worth that. (as much as you love him ;))
Wolfe.. PM'ing number... (if you meant me!)

Did you get the window fitted ok mate?? :D
Haven't had chance to take the door off yet :) Looks like a two man job sadly :(
Wolfe are you fitting the drop glass???? If so you don't need to take the door off. Its a bit fidley but not to hard to do.
What i'd do first is get all the little bits of glass out as you'll be finding them for ever and they do get stuck in your skin/clothes. I had one bit stuck under my skin once, the skin healed over it. I only knew when i felt a lump in my hand i then dug at it with a pin and out popped a bit of glass.:wack:

Doors are a bugger to line up again when putting back on tho as there are no pillars!
Anyone got any advice for this?? (my drivers door is still not right also!!)
I'm stripping the car down to bare shell. Seats carpets etc out, she will be going down to the bodyshop in parts for a full respray. Would persuade Channie to do the spray, but with the lack of anywhere to spray it's just not going to happen :(

Its a little tricky as I dont have a front wing at the mo to judge it!!
The door gap looks a little tite at the back of the door and I have a little trouble closing it propperly!!

You should be able to move it forward using the hinges from the door to body with the wing off this will be easy. Get the gap the same as the other side then fit the wing.

Is it against the law for 20 to 50 people to come up in cars at the same time and ask this guy why he'd do something so stupid and selfish.
I certainly wouldn't mean him any physical harm and definately wouldn't risk jail for him, but it might put things into perspective to be challenged regarding this.
I hate chavs, and pikeys, and i found out today the "A team" dont actually exist.

These type of ppl can't be reasoned with (or have any sense drummed in to them). They're just Britain's dregs of society.
