Just a quick thanks to Wolfe. Flat battery after work (Turbo timer + sidelights all day (no buzzer with engine running) = flat battery :( )

Came out even though I haven't seen him in months with some jump leads :thumbs:

Yup, no pop ups with the side lights it seems.. so forgot they were on (Typical!). One of the joys of owning an S13 (and a turbo timer lol).

Incidently, I thought I'd blown the HKS turbo timer as it wouldn't work. After pressing multiple buttons, checking ALL the fuses, and striping it out the dash, I then tried pressing all the buttons at once. I can only assume it reset some form of protection circuit as it beeped, and allowed me to turn it on again. Was pretty happy as they are at least £75 for the decent HKS version eek!

I didn't call you back again as 1) I noticed you were everywhere over the building, lol 2) Thought it unlikely if battery totally flat, it would start with a bump in the small car park.

You mentioned you didn't have jump leads so short of pulling your battery out for connecting the terminals directly (!!!) don't think you could have done a lot :(

.. and yes, I am a muppet. Cables going in the back now :D
