Well it's been over a year now since I bought my current S13, lots of work has been done with lots of work still to do...

Thanks to Mr Sibbers I’ve finally got some decent pictures of the car, so I thought it was about time I created a project thread;

http://www.project-d.co.uk/images/S13/S13_Front_2.jpg

http://www.project-d.co.uk/images/S13/S13_Rear.jpg

http://www.project-d.co.uk/images/S13/S13_Engine.jpg

Its current spec is as follows;

CA18DET
444cc Injectors
N60 MAF
GT28RS .86
Project D Braided Water Feed/Return
Project D Braided Oil Feed
Custom Oil Return
Project D Aluminium Race Radiator
Project D FMIC Kit
Mocal Oil Cooler Kit
Apexi Air Filter
Greddy Profec B
Cusco Coilovers
Metal Steering Bush
Project D Braided Clutch Line
RPS Max Street Clutch
Driftworks Lightweight Chromoly Flywheel
Walbro 255 Fuel Pump
Custom Remapped EPROM

The engine is currently running on stock internals with the boost set to 1.3 bar on normal/low boost and 1.7 on high boost. Needless to say it doesn't hang about :wack: although this isn't something I would recommend on stock internals.

Again thank you Mr Sibbers for taking the time to take some pictures of my car, as I'm sure you'll all agree they've come out very nicely :D

I'll continue to update this project thread as things progress :thumbs:

Those photos never saw photoshop! But only because I can't stand using it :) Photomatix for the HDR overdose and a bit of Corel Paintshop pro to finish them off. They're real though. Area is indeed Hanworth too, you know your curry's kornboy :)

Where did you get this huge radiator? it's not 52mm

How do you run 1.7bar with 444cc injectors?!

It's interesting that's for sure, the injectors are maxed and desperately need to be upgraded. We've got two sets lying about it's just a case of getting them fitted this weekend and changing the map to suit.

The radiator is a Project D product, which will soon be available via the website.

Thanks everyone for your input :thumbs:

N60 MAF? Forgive my ignorance... :wack:

N60 MAF = RB20 MAF

We have used this MAF over the Z32 (N62) MAF mainly due to cost and availability. Although once we increase the size of the turbo we'll change up to the N62 MAF as the N60 will no longer be up to task.

Quick update;

The car now has S15 front seats fitted, which are a great improvement; they really hold you in place.

And the 444cc injectors have been replaced with Sard 700cc injectors.

I will post up some pictures tomorrow.

Cheers guys :thumbs:

Well it's been an interesting day; I changed the exhaust manifold gaskets, adjusted the oil drain and did some general maintenance. Then after some spirited driving the exhaust spat its rattle out of the pram and threw up its baffles… So looks like we’ll need a new exhaust system, which is fine because it needed a 3” bore really, just would have been nice to get some money back from the old system.

Anyway the above has hampered my attempts to get some good pictures of the new editions to the car, so I guess they’ll have to wait for another day.
