yep nice n rare, just so long as the blood is warm, not too keen if its just come out of the fridge and the blood is still icy cold:D :D

Not a fan of steak - infact any meat that is "raw" so to speak I don't eat. Though, I do eat everything burnt - from toast to chips to beans - I just love beans when they're all mushy!! :D

I used to be the same until I was forced to eat some rare steak and I was a changed man.:)

I find it gets a bit chewy if its too well done, Whatever floats yer boat I suppose :)

they always serve it blue in France, nearly puked when it was brought out to me, must have spent one second in the pan on each side.. :eek: :rolleyes: :eek:

Used to be strictly 'cremated' and not really bothered about steak, until converted by my Mrs who is a chef.

She gets her meat from a proper butcher/farmer (not some crap from a supermarket), and reckons that it's an insult to the chef, butcher, farmer and beast to not have it at least a little bloody in the middle.

Now seem to have it a little rarer every time... mmmmm steak :)

And she will cook anybody a blue steak, but a lot of places won't anymore.
