After seeing pictures of congestion on the road towards Baghdad, Ken Livingstone the mayor of London has decided to extend the London congestion charging zone to include Baghdad and Basra.
A spokesman for Transport for London said.
"Extending the zone to include Iraqi cities would speed the Allied advance towards Baghdad. At present the Allies are consuming half a million litres of fuel a day. Obviously cutting down on the congestion would be good for the environment.
Charges maybe 3 goats for a truck and 5 camels for a tank.
Also being considered are Tank & Artillery Lanes on the main highway between Baghdad and Basra.
