After getting up at 6am, very excited about the day ahead of us, we arrived at the unit waiting for the 20 or so cars to arrive.
and what a day it was - brilliant, so we thought! The sun was shining, there was a good turn out with the majority of cars being very well prepared, impressive and most of the lads were very well behaved (apart from the ones smoking drugs on our premises).
We put on free tea and coffee and generally speaking we tried to make a motor vehicle workshop as comfortable as possible for everyone.
How disappointed we were this morning to read your comments - cowboy garage! Antiquated equipment! Porn Star! Doesn't know what he is talking about! Rolling road was shit!
Richard, when you paid me yesterday - I asked you if you had a good day, and you replied 'yes' bearing in mind you only paid £300.00 for the whole day and Hamish was non stop from 9am - 5pm running the cars for you, he also employed 2 extra members of staff for the day. Yes he has opinions, but they are purely professional ones from over 18 years of mechanic experience and qualifications.
Our rolling road is calibrated every year so we know it is spot on! and that was proven by the fact that the 'standard' cars were producing 'standard results'. Now I am not a mechanic myself, but this is my company as well, and some of you may have notice that I am pregnant - so we would certainly not risk being 'non professional' about any of our customers.
We went home buzzing and Hamish wanted to put a 'thank you' note on this board this morning and to offer Richard a 'free' session on the rolling road - but obviously according to you Richard - our equipment is antiquated, so I am sure you won't want to accept our offer!!!!
Hamish would prefer any unhappy customers to call him direct to discuss the results with him and you can contact him on 01527 577710 on Monday.
Thank you for taking the time to read this
