Me and Mrs. Smoothound went to this yesterday. What can it say? It was SO much better than Donnington ! :nod:

Not as crowded, better atmosphere, better view, better food, better organization. It was easily worth the extra hour or so drive :thumbs:

To top it all off, I've got some great pics ! I need to sort them out though as I took nearly a thousand :wack:

Did anyone see the drifting Renault 5? That was quite unexpected ! :cool:

Drifting the R5 was great, you took one look and thought hes not trying to do that, next lap he goes even bigger. I bet he had his ass kicked when he got in!!

Some pics below. Shame the weather went tits up a bit and made good photos a bit difficult.

The formula 3.5 cars were amazing, louder than an F1 car and plenty of proper racing 500hp, it was great.

Great pic ! Shame it was so overcast. I've had to tweak to levels on most of mine.

You could move the input level, middle tone about 1.6-1.7. Maybe tweak the output and raise the black a bit. Lots more detail will pop out :)

Weather was fabulous yesterday. I had a slight pink tinge that has turned nicely brown today. But then I used my brain and used sunscreen ;):p

Pity we didn't get the spitfire, I'd have enjoyed that.

I had a great day, filled my card on my camera up (although it is only small) must get a bigger card.

I'll have a look and see if there are any decent pics on there tonight :thumbs:
