im afraid i only work there so im dont really know of any good suitable pubs .
by suitable i mean, good and safe car park (dont want no theiving scumbags touching our Sx's), and half decent selection of beverages, plus a pool table would be sweet :) (Jacko knows im an ace pool shark type ;) )

hmmm, well ive been sourcing my other needed bits for my cams today as intend FINALLY getting them fitted in the next 2/3 weeks :D so ill probably leave the remaining turbo gasket till then and that way only have to take it all apart once (hopefully) .
I just gotta be careful not to push to hard on the turbo gasket until i get it sorted, as i dont wanna make it any worse :rolleyes:

I wanna try crack on with it this weekend, dont really want it up on ramps too long, so will hopefully have the turbo on by Sunday, Wont bne a fuel pump, ECU, coolant, oil or front pipe on it - but at least the hard work will have been done.

Mark, What are the chances of getting them gaskets to me by Saturday mate ?

If Turbo is on, can I lift then please Matty - and back pleeeaaassseeee, i'll be your bestest friend for ever and ever :D

He picked me up in the Astra on Sunday morning to go help with his turbo, and on the way had just come onto a nice stretch of dual carridgeway, when along comes an old pug 309 diesel with some sorta moulded plastic hanging off the sides, needless to say it was dof awful car.

We proceeded to have a race :)

Either that or we both had to rag the arses of our cars to actually get them to go anywhere.

Well it was neck an neck, pug initially in the lead, but we slowly edged past him. Matty was loving it, I was just finding the whole experience kinda amusing.

then we realised there was a large roundabout 3 miles ahead, so we better hit the brakes to stop in time :)

One for the road kills section me thinks
