Someones already posted on here today how a diff works (on an AWD) but not LSD Im afraid :(

That was me! BTW the link is for an LSD as that is what most AWD centre diffs rely on, to ensure torque is given to the wheels with the most grip.

I tried reading that explanation about how an auto 'box works, and I got totally lost :o

I like to think that I'm reasonably intelligent, too :rolleyes:

I dont think the explanations are the best, but if you already half know then the pictures and animations can sometimes just make it all come clear....
