Date of next Nottinghamshire meet...

Unfortunately, due to some other commitments in my life, I have let the organisation of these meets slide in recent months, so let's get back on track :nod:.

I think most attendee's were fairly happy with the location/ venue, so it will once again be at the Hutt pub in Ravenshead :thumbs:.

Unless anyone has any objections I'm going to suggest the date of June 22nd, as the 15th would clash with the SXOC weekender :Plug: - and I want to give people plenty of notice.

I wont be able to make the 22nd cos ill be in Wales on my stag weekend.:) Same reason why I cant make the sxoc weekender the week before, :cry: funds are needed for Wales.

I'm still an East Midlands rep, we're going to be having two - like a lot of the other regions :nod:. To be honest the "East Midlands" region is huge anyway, so I think two reps is more sensible.

Sorry I've not been as "active" as perhaps I should have been in organising things the last few months - I have had loads going on recently :(. I'm really trying to get back on top of things and resume normal service as quickly as possible :thumbs:.

sorry guys, i think ade has been a bit pre occupied with alot of stuff at the moment hense why the notts meets have been a bit thin on the ground, as you say northampoton is a bit far , hows abouts you select a location and i will help plug it and promote it for you, i may not be able to get up there my self due to work etc but i have no problems dropping reminder pm's to people who have expressed intrest etc,

up to you if you need a bit of help to get it back up and running just let me know :thumbs:

no worries, properly best doing another a thread, if you start a who wants a notts meet then i'll sticky it and try and get some intrest drummed up. and then i'll keep pm'ing people untill they damn well show, when we started the northampton meet it ws only 4 cars or so but now we're to 20 nearly a year on,

just have to stick with them but we'll get it going again, :nod::sxoc:

Old Post Office, Yorkshire meet, near Barnsley. It's 25-30 miles from Worksop so a fair treck from Nottingham.

Will help anybody if they want to set something up but as my membership payment's always in the post I'm probably not allowed to run it. Plus being a shift worker my attendence would be a bit hit and miss.

but interested in getting together a meet. what about the tudor pub at donington its central to derby nottingham and leiceester. ample parking and is only a mile off the M1.
anyone up for it ?
