Cheers mate, they are top wheels, dunno why more people don't use them, I am pretty sure they are lighter than my R33 road wheels too actually....:)

Cheers mate.
In the afternoon, when I was upto a nice pace, the only thing that went past me was a full race 997RSR that was testing, and my god was that fast.
I think the best kills were an RS4 and being held up by an Ariel Atom on the main straight (didnt have the puff for the big straights, but it really did handle), few evo's and impreza's as well as 350z's and RX8's etc. Oh and a pair for M3 CSLs.:smash: Although the CSL owners didnt have to lift their bonnets all day, but I suppose you would expect that from a new £70k car.:) They still needed AP brakes though.:D
Overall I was delighted at the pace the car could hold, and all at low boost. :notworthy Its amazing how much time you can take out of something on the brakes, waiting maybe 1 second more can be like 30 yards or something, and I know I could have braked later and harder in some places.
Proper hooked now, and loving the little bit of tuition I had, I think my driving, at least of this car, is already 20% better than it was last week, which is a brilliant feeling and I cannot wait for my day at millbrook with CAT D driving school in 10 days!:D:D
Was that your first trackday mate?

What spec's your engine running just out of interest?
I don't get on here enough to check out everyones project threads :(

No mate, I did another one in the 200 at Bedford earlier in the year and I have done about 4 others over the years. Hope to do plenty more now though.:D

Looks like you had fun, and it was dry too :D I overtook Noah in his Ark on the pit straight when we were there :wack:
I'm getting excited about our Ring trip in 2 weeks, going to Spa too, but not on track :(
I'd really love to do Spa, how much did it cost and who did you book through?

It was £150 with the GTROC, it was an MLR day. Easy track wanted £450 for two days.

I can vouch for Colin, the guy that runs CAT D, for him being a top bloke. He was the driver trainer at Nissan Tech/Test Centre at Cranfield when I worked there.
You should have a good day out at MPG.
