I will probably get a whole heap of people looking at this.
I need a IT support company based in Paris.
anyone got any ideas, since my grasp of the frech language is very limited, i thought i'd ask on here.

One of our clients has a problem with a PC, actually the network card.
we have tried previously fixing it remotely but it really is screwed.

well i did think about that but it was a slightly more urgent thing.
i think it may be easier for them to buy a spare pc that we can comfigure and ship over.
that way if it breaks it can be replaced

Yeah, you have to weigh it up.
Would they prefer to pay £750 for an engineer to go on site for the day, with no guarantee of a resolution + a network card, or should they just get a new pc!
It makes sense to buy a new one...
