Decent garage Llantrisant area?

Can anyone point me to a decent garage in the Llantrisant area, knowledge of the 200 preferable. Looks like the timing chain sprocket as it sounds like a loud diesel on tickover 90% of the time, occasionally it will be quiet but this doesn't last and the performance is down, timing out?

i think the best place would be kp garage in williamstown, not far from you at all, they have owned numerous 200s and skyline and have built some top cars.
