Pre-Japfest Track Day

Is anyone thinking of going this to get some practice in before Japfest?

This may also be of interest to anyone wanting track time at Japfest but couldn't get a slot on the Saturday.

Due to the high demand for track time at Japfest, we hold a track day on the Friday before the show. Novice, intermediate and advanced groups are available. Each group is on track 3 times through the day in 20 minute sessions.

£70 per 3 x 20 minute sessions

Very little interest in this thread so far. Surprising as I have seen quite a few people asking for Japfest track slot cancellations.

(Maybe I have put this thread in the wrong section).

As far as I know there are still track sessions available on the Friday.

What time is the first session and im assuming the £70 covers entry etc ie no more to pay

It is £70 for all three 20minute slots and a maximum of 12 cars will be allowed on track in each session. It is a good price. It's mainly a pre Japfest practice session, but also to allow anyone to run that didn't get a track slot on the Saturday.

First track slot is at 9, drivers briefing at 0820h.

Japfest have arranged it rather than Castle Coombe circuit as Japfest have booked Castle Coombe for the Friday so they can start seting everything up ready for the Saturday.
