Hi All, I was looking on the internet for power upgrades for my 180sx when I saw the Tomei blurb about their neo hard tune system.

http://www.tomei-p.co.jp/_2003web-catalogue/efr-set_tubo-charger_rset.html

I know they say nothing about fmics or uprated clutches, presumably because they don't make them:wack:, but are these figures accurate for the mods they describe? They make fuel pressure regulators but it seems they aren't needed either.

Basically I'm after peoples opinions on how repeatable Tomei's results would be if you bolted the same stuff they did on a 15 year old SR20DET redtop.

Edited to add you've got to click on neo hard tune at the top of the page I linked to, to see the figures I'm on about.

You're going to need an FMIC to be able to make these figures for more than just a few seconds on a dyno, but I would say they're possible. :)

Thanks Steve, I don't know much about SR's so wasn't sure if Tomei were being accurate with the modifications - power info. :)

Just bear in mind that although hypothetically possible, you may have to run a little more boost than they say to get those figures, especially if your engine is a little tired.

Thanks for the info guys, I think I'll give their system a try and see how it goes from there. :)
