turbo pinch bolt

hi guys can you help me out i have a quick question,
i have a brand new gt2871r , the compressor housing is turning on it and the pinch bots are fully tightened, is this something i should be worried about or is it normal? thanks

There will be a big circlip between the adapter ring and the core assembly. Have you checked that it's seated properly?

ya it looks to be seated ok, the turbo is on the car now so im gonna have a right job getting it sorted, its not very loose, there is a resistance but the housing does turn
