sil80 conversion

Well this is going to start off strange as i have bought a clean almost rust free s13 WITHOUT A ENGINE.

Plan was to save and buy a sil80 but i wanted somthing that was my own and not made by sombody else so bought this from a friend.

Going to do alot of the work myself apart from fitting the sr20 engine and box.

so here goes.


Well cars arrived started ding little bits )trying bit out)

Got the car without a engine and box which is what i wanted as i will be having a sr20 engine and box in there.

Toyed with the idea of having a rb in it but the running cost might be to much for my budget plus just means i have to save more.

Car comes with my old bucket seats from the volvo just need to get the runner.

fully polybushed
driftworks solid steering bush.
30mm spacers on the rear 25mm front.
Rolled rear arches
snapoff boss
momo wheel (both from my old s13)
drift button handbreak thingy.

offered up my ps13 front wings and bumper cant wait to get the bonnet if anybody comes across one for sale please let me know.

I also have a GTR front grille and before anybody asks NO i dont want to sell it.

I have got lights just need to pay for them.

Tried some of the wheels that i have loving the advins and they sit out VERWELL.

Plan is get superclarky (driftworks JDM GARAGE) to fit the engine/box and cage once i have saved.

Glad you like it mate.... I am sure this will be skidding around a track sooner rather than later. Pretty funny getting it to your lock up though lol

why dont you fit the engine/box yourself? free that way and its not hard at all :no:

We where talking about this today and I think if he car get a engine and box cheap enough I will fit it for free.

Becasue if you look at my last project i messed that up good and proper :ghey::annoyed:

I am toying with the idea of trying though.

Fudi i do but the ofset was all wrong.

Going for rota gtr's once its on the road.

No harm matey i might sell the 4 five spoke wheels as i want two more advans to go with the 2 i have they all have legal tyres and i go the pod alot :Plug:
