just bought a GBA. Know what that GT racing game is like? obviously I expect the graphics will be crap compared to GT3 but realism/handling/drift capabilities/in-car camera mode?
-D
The racing games all look pretty much the same. You'll only get one view and no, no drifting as such. They're not that advanced I don't think. They're arcade games really. I'd say platformers are the GBA's strong point. That and puzzle games. I own ...
Rayman Advance: Brilliant but gets VERY hard
Kuru Kuru Kururin: No game should be this addictive :D
Advance Wars: Excellent war game, HIGHLY reccomended
Yoshi's Island: WOW, what can I say, bloody superb and got that, oh go on then, just one more go :D

I just got some mario cart game (amusing little game) and chuchu rocket (interesting little puzzle game). heard advance wars is good so that's next on my shopping list :)
Ah well, if you already have mariokart. Thats basically what all the other racers look like, but with different cars and not as good!!!
Advance Wars is great, but takes a LONG time to get through the practice. Stick with it though, it's rewarding :)
If you can get Kuru Kuru Kururin cheap, get it. I picked it up for £4.99 in Game one day. WELL worth the money :)
If you like RPGs, Golden Sun is rather good as well. Im borrowing that off of a mate atm.

My mate got one imported... he loves it... you just have to get used to the shoulder buttons, though the screen is amazing... however I feel I am going to stick to my GBA as I had to go through fitting an afterburner mod on it so I could see the screen, and it feels more natural :).

If you want to "test" games on your GBA i.e. any of the new ones.
let me know.
there is a device which allows you to put the roms on it and then insert the cart into the GBA, it costs about £80.
