Have some questions and was wondering if any of you would give some answers to. Companies and product listings would be helpful.

What is cable management?

Why is it important? (safety - not tripping over wires, tidiness, etc)

How do different cable management systems work?

How will the growth in wireless communication - Bluetooth, Wifi, etc -
impact on cable management?

What are the criteria for selecting the best cable management system for
your business (what issues should you consider before selecting a
system, and what questions should you ask potential suppliers?)

Cable management?

Just make sure it's all neatly bundled away from peoples legs - I find the velcro strips you can buy for the job are more than adequate :)

Hmm, ensure that all your stations are above the floor ports, then there shouldn't be a prob.
Alternatively, depending on the type of ceiling you've got, run everything up the roof supports, thru the ceiling and down the other side. That limits where you can have your hubs tho...

If you're going to manage them properly you'll have to make sure they are well motivated with clear objectives. Find out their aims and ambitions and ensure you give them the support and training they need to acheive them.

Or do you not mean that kind of managing ;) :D

Oops sorry guys, I'm not installing cable management, just need some information regarding the whys? of cable management. Why is it done?:)

That's easy - health and safety. Also ease of operating the centre
