Arsh!

Got a letter through today from the letting agent saying I have to leave me house by the 7th of april! :mad: G!ts :mad:

Id just given up trying to but a house as I dont appear to be able to get a mortgage so I was gonna sign a new rental contract but now they want me to leave!!! @rsh ! :(

I dont know what to do now as there not house to rent where I want to live, I cant get a mortgage to but somewhere and I aint got a lot of spare money kicking about to use for a bond on another place :( :(

You could camp under your wheel arches in that pic :D

Alternatively have a word with the local housing bureau, they normally have lots of properties on their books for special cases such as yours, can't have you homeless can they?!

Rip out and sell the boiler and all the rads and pipework then burn it. :D
Oh after you have bought a tent.

Perhaps a trip to CAB might be better to see if you have any rights.

can you not get 100% mortgage?

Erm, not many places give loans for house deposit unless you just lie to them about what it's for.

www.cahoot.co.uk are V good for loans.

Have you tried the online searches for mortgages at http://www.moneysupermarket.com and http://www.egg.com ? They search a whole bunch of lenders, so if you search for just 100% mortgages (heck, some places will even offer 105% now so you have money for solicitors etc!), that will narrow down the number of people you have to call...

Looked at moneysupermarket and got in touch with a IFA through them. Explained my pradiciment to him after a few called on the phone and a vist. Then I aint heard owt elce from him which I presume means he cant find me one :(

Tis not just the lack of deposit that herts but the fact im on a tempory contract, missed a few CC payments a few years ago (i didnt realise it was recoreded at the time :rolleyes: ) and ive moved about 5 times in 3 years... and my girlfriends creditratting is shot to pieces.... im getting realy pissed of with this house buying stuff :mad: :mad: :mad:

Its not like im that bad with money but im still getting scrwed :(
