Anyone see this in The Sun newspaper today???
Apparently, some guy had got flashed, had the usual summons etc and a page of details to fill in. He fills out all the relevant info but DOESNT sign it. Appears in court, the clerk of the court notices the missing signature and the magistrate declare him not guilty and throw it out of court! He avoids fine and 3 points!!!
As The Sun state, this will now open up the flood gates!
The reason being, you are obliged to provide ALL the relevant info but the law cannot force you to sign your name, massive loop-hole in the law which will see many speed camera abused people walk free from court!
