If there ever was a car that you could describe as limp wristed, namby pamby, raving Queen or wholly woofter wobbling then surely to god it has to be the StreetKa.
And, oh look! Ford have cashed in on the recent designer trend of running two words together. Ford - you muppets, it isn't big, it isn't clever. You've missed the trend and produced something more femme than a bloody TT.

I work with a guy who used to have a Suzuki Vitara, then he had an MX5 and now he wants a............Streetka............you've got to doubt his sexuality haven't you :eek:

thats the prototype, the prodution model is nothing like it, no centre exit exhaust, smaller wheels, less flaired bodywork and a tamer interior. Ford marketing sed that it was too 'macho' so was made more girly for production:rolleyes:

you ain't wrong there, according to Intersection magazine. Most gay car: 206CC. Also gay: TT, Boxster, Z3. hehe.
as for that street kak... apparently it was... designed by ford and built by pininfarina. what twat got that bit mixed up??? Not only does it look sh1t but the build will be sh1t. (italian build etc)

intersection is a huge read tho. classy mag but not sure that gay article is appropriate...

Usually I would spit teeth over that, and in fact I did when I skimmed the side-panels.
But having read it, its ok, somehow. I don't know how they pulled it off, but they seemed to have done. It isn't offensive (at least I don't find it so). Very clever.
I love intersection. its the way all mags should be imho - classy, well written, intelligent and gorgously designed...
At the end of the day, teh article in question is profiling the gay car club of france (is it france? can't rememeber)
It isn't expressing an opinion, just saying - look what we've found in the great wide world...

just remember lads that there is no better feeling than driving a car with the roof ooff on a hot summers day.
(and yes i know 100nx's are a hairdressers car but it is my girlfriends car - i just use it a lot)
Yes there is......Its with the windows up shades on and aircon on cold just ticking over.
No blustery in your eyes/hair shite form the rag top down.
ALL the cars mentioned with the drop top, have problems with wind bluster at speed! Proper drop tops dont, but they cost 4 times the money ;)

I know it's already been said but I need to know what is the matter with Ford.
Pininfarina. One of the best design houses in the world. Ford. Make lots of cars.
The ford 'designers' appear to have taken an angle grinder to the roof of the regular kack and dropped on a dodgy soft top. and Pinin are going to make it. Lets see how enthusiastic the workers are when they're making a butt-ugly car designed by someone else.
I love italians (look at my sig) but for chrissakes they haven't put a non race car together properly since before the war. I seriously wonder about some people.

Well one of my mates works for one of the few French tuning places in Oz, just over my back fence by the way, and they have a customer (Asian of course) with the FATTEST 206CC. GTi Esquisse body kit, 18inch rims....its fat. In fact it is one of 2, count em 2 FAT 206's in Oz (The other one is a GTi...and is also owned by an Asian. No rascism intended, just they are the only guys with enough foldin to afford the prices on French car bits in Oz). But they do look kinda gay stock.
