It never works....
I supposedly work in a paperless office, but guess what.....
Every morning the Chairmans PA prints off all of his emails. He reads them and then bins most of them..
And he has a laptop on his desk.
You can't see my desk for paper! Think it must be tough to have a truly paperless office. How do you leave messages for other people (email???).
ooh bugger n blimey :( dont sound good :(

you work in insurance don't you...?
out of interest, whats the system called?
(asking cos I work for a software house that does a paperless system for brokers, underwriters etc....)
Yeah one of the two offices that I work in is paperless. It works pretty well actually :)
The only annoying part about it is if you're amending something on, say, the Council Tax system (I work for the Local Authority, please, don't shoot me!) and you want to look at the document you're getting the info from at the same time, you can't very easily, you have to keep on flicking between windows.
It had it's teething problems to start with (documents being indexed to the wrong file, that sort of thing), but not really anything that you wouldn't get in an office with paper :)
