Hi Jez

Going on the basis of the thread below - what has to be done to fix this, how much and when could you do it?:smash:

Ha ha so you have :D

The oil was round the spark plug thread and more like tar (assuming this is due to the heat) - I'd really like you to take a look at it if only to put my mind at rest. When could I bring the car over?

For a quick check we could do it most days next week, except Tuesday and Wednesday - let me know when you'd like to pop over.

For info - I took the plugs out over the weekend and there was traces of oil around the holes where the plugs screw in. From front to back - 1 has no traces but 2, 3 and 4 have :)

Thursday would be fine :)
Could you let me know what time you'll be here
We will only be able to take a look at the problem as we're really busy at the moment. We maybe able to sort something out if its just a small leak but if its something major we would need to book the car in in a couple of weeks time.

I'll leave my place by 8am at the latest, given the time of day I should be there by 10am. Although saying that the last time I ventured over to yours it took me an hour to do a mile after a car went head on with a parked JCB!!

Don't worry I realise you won't be able to fix it there and then:thumbs:
