hi
close enuff considering most s14a cream leather is around 10 yr old. the arm rest n gaiter are deffo 'more' cream, and look newer, but if your leather is in a1 condition it would be very close. i'll try n pinch a camera and take better photos, the ones in my post above and in the ebay listing are from my 3mp camerfone :wack:

no worries
heres a better pic of the color match, its as good as u'll get considering our cars are 10years old :wack:
i got a gear gaiter from that guy and was looking at the arm rest covers too - i might treat the car to one now :)
hey mate, i am thinking of getting the same. do u have pics of the inside of the lid?? does the armrest cover just sleeve over? was it hard to fit?
no pics with me but i can get some. its a neat fit, you have to remove the lid and split it in two. it then tucks underneath the innerpart.
when i originally got the cover from them it was just a bit of leather, but i complained as couldnt get a nice finish and sent the lid to them. they fitted it properly for free and made templates from my lid and thats what should be being sent out now :)
whats ur username on ebay Veef? I am ordering mine now.. if i mention you then u will get brownie points and i will get the proper stuff! I want a slightly darker cream and cream stitching too!
naff! totally forgot to put up a pic of how the cover fits :( how did you get on with all your arm rest covers?
just seen the same place does hand brake boots too... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NISSAN-200SX-S13-S14-REAL-LEATHER-HANDBRAKE-GAITER-NEW_W0QQitemZ230211146908QQihZ013QQcategoryZ72224Q QcmdZViewItem
could be worth a punt...
Hey Veef,
I got my kit today, can you please post some pics of the underside of your armrest?? also what sort of padding did they use?? I didnt get any.
pic attached of the underside of the lid... hope this helps... take the lid off the arm rest box (2 screws) and then remove the inner lid, put/stick cover on and tuck under the inner part of lid.
when i first got my kit it was an untailored patch of leather. so i sent it back with my lid and they tailored it for free n free return postage and indicated they would use mine as a template... do you have a plain bit of leather or is it tailored?
no idea on the padding, it was padded when it came back

More pics to come!
good work mate! looks nice n clean :) what do you use to clean your leather? i tend to use liquid leather and conditioner...
well i know a guy who works in a valet place. He gave me some stuff in a bottle, illuminus green colour. I used that and a scrubbing brush. Then i wiped it down with a rag dipped in fairy. Then dried off with a towel. I left it for a day then used a 'turtle wax' Conditioner. I will take some more pics of the seats. You will see a BIG diff between the ones up here and now.
The armrest cover and gear gaitor are a different cream colour to the s14a leather. The s14a leather is more a greyish cream whereas the new stuff is a more creamy cream if you know what i mean. Not bad nevertheless. However if anyone else does order then look to get a better match if you can.

lol spot on mate, there is a col diff, but the seats are 10 year old and arm rest cover 0 year old :wack:
crazy mentioned it spot on, our seats are a kind of dirty/grey cream, where as this cream is well, cream :D
not sure if i should get the hand brake boot to match, or if thats over doing it, i'm thinking that might be over doing it a bit
Here are some pics of my leathers all cleaned up...

I think the difference between the gaitor/armrest and the seats maybe a bit more apparent now.

Nice leather armrest, like the double din screen too, looking into them myself now
The s14a leather is "Biscuit" not cream. Thats actually what it's listed as:nod: maybe that bloke could get some biscuit leather and make some? I like the items:nod: but not the cream colour:no: Black suede might be good too. Can you find out from your mate what that leather cleaner was? You did a great job on it:thumbs:
