Finally got round to trying to fire up the S13 today after it's rebuild and auto/manual conversion, and eventually got it going in a couple of hours (on about 3 cylinders :wack:) after I realised there was about an inch of water in each spark plug well :wack:

I also drove it forward and back a few feet so the clutch works :cool: so it's getting there :)

I'll try to come this month.
I've got to lower the suspension again first though (when we get some dry weather). I had to raise it to get on the ramps for the MOT, and it handles a bag of shit as it is :(

Yeah :( Had to do it to go to stage 3 really, with a pile of 3 dead auto boxes in the back garden from stage 2 :wack:

has anybody got any front tension rod arm brackets that go to the S13 subframe they are willing to get rid of they could bring? please!

I haven't had chance to do my suspension yet, and now the central locking is playing up, so I won't be over this afternoon.
Should be done by next month though :thumbs:

didnt make it today, good turn out? i didnt get paid on time so couldnt tax the car or get my new tyres, decided to fit some solid engine mounts (officialy supper zinggy inside now) and comp test my engine as i suspected either the valve or gasket problem, think its the valves but either way i have low comp on number 4 so its all gota come off anyway.

Tbh, turnout does get pretty low during the colder months. Should pick up in the spring, hopefully.

Aye chaps, feeling loads better thanks. Sitting is still a tad uncomfortable, but I'm up and walking around now so that's something. Dunno if I'll be able to sit in the driving position for a while yet, though.
