Rolling Road Day - 24th February

Having spoken to MGT Racing (http://www.mgt-racing.com) they're happy for us to have a club Rolling Road day on Sunday 24th February - albeit a little later than originally planned. Hopefully this is will enable people's bank accounts to have recovered a little since Christmas :wack:.

Power and torque figures will be taken from the hubs (so no risk of wheelspin on any rollers) and your fuelling etc will be closely monitored to ensure that your car is as safe as possible. I have first hand experience of the company and are some of the best people I have dealt with.

The price is slightly higher than I initially suggested @ £45 for non-members and £40 for members and I need a deposit of 50% ASAP. There should be room for up to 20 cars on the day so get your names down now.

Yeah, I think on a Stage 2 CA18DET you should be looking at 260-270bhp @ the flywheel :nod:.

Spoke to Garth today and we can start quite a bit earlier than originally anticipated if people want? Runs starting from 9am if people are interested :nod:.

I'll be there from 9am and will run first if there is no one else there; I think it's only fair if we then run in the order that people arrive. That way if anyone needs to be anywhere in the afternoon then hopefully they'll be able to get in and out in a reasonable time :thumbs:.

If you can remember to bring the balance of your payments that would be fantastic too ;).

you add that to your total output at the hubs and that should give you a rough idea on power at the flywheel.

we timed it well when we all left as it starting pissing it down :D as soon as i left.
