Frankly its a mix of everything... the car, people, life, being poor, etc. Fustration owns me. I'm so tired of setting goals, taking two steps only to be cut down 3.

Frankly I just need something to do... I used to play baseball and I would get all my fustration out there. Usually talking about cars is my get-away. But right now its just making me more and more fustrated.

Somewhat... what I need is something to build. I need a project motor or something. I need something I can make in my garage that I can sell or use. Basically I need something to do.

how about woodwork - crafting something artistic and useful ?

if u like engines- what about a DIY kit car ? - or is money too tight ?

or make car accessories which you could perhaps sell (not easy but a thought) - eg. sound enclosures for great car audio ?

do u live in Texas - if so why the reference to Biliing - that's UK ?

Do what you feel in your heart to be right - for you'll be criticized anyway. You'll be damned if you do, and damned if you don't.

yes - sit down and think hard - then make a list of things to do - and steadily do them one by one. Don't expect everything to go well all the time - that way you will alwys be disappointed. Be pleased when even a small thing goes rght, and persist when things go wrong - it shud all be worth it in the end.

Hard times give you character and strength and make the good times sweeter.;)

I've felt sh1t at times, but you've got to pick yourself up and make a plan of action. Any man can achieve a degree of greatness if he applies himself totally to a project which comes naturally to him. Use your strengths.

IF other ppl pi$$ you off, don't expect everyone to be nice/trustworthy -they aren't. Be pleasantly surprised when they are, but don't put yourself at risk even tho' we have to at times in life.

if youve got chance read ron champions book on how to build your own sports car. the car is similar to a caterham super7, 2 seater rwd. i ve thought of using an old sx as ruunning gear for the project.

I know a guy here in town that has a turbocharged bar stool. Im not kidding you either. It has 4 wheels about 1 ft. apart and a go-kart motor on it... but its turbo!

Is it worth turbo-ing such a small engine ? model 4-stroke engines use mechanical superchargers. Is there a turbo small enough to be viable with a 2-stroker ? normally tuned pipes and fuel pumps that work from vibrations are the way to go. Model pylon racer engines work with 65% nitro and a very specifically tuned pipe, they dont last many races...I have a cheap 0.15cu inch high power 2 stroker in a model I have, no carb just a straight venturi, I only use 5% nitro glow fuel and Ive measured it at 33,000 rpm on the ground ! when launched the revs increase further as the prop is unloaded more ! ! have to make sure you dont get fingers trapped in the prop...

Jeffers... its the novelty of it mate... "I got a turbo barstool" ... just sounds crazy. I dont even know if it makes boost. And remember there were a few turbo motorcycles in the mid 80s. A turbo from one of those would fit.
