Have sent 2 packages to peeps on here recently.
One was a wing mirror, the other a standard down pipe.

Parcel Force wanted £11.85    each to post these packages, and they were only about 2kgs each.

I sent them normal post from the post office, and the woman behind said that it was Parcel Force that actually delivered them,
and the cost..........................

Wing Mirror £6
Down Pipe £4.85

Parcel force are crap. Their minimum charge is £11.85 up to 10 kg. I asked at the PO what they would charge for aparcel up to 10 kg - answer =£6

I think they do up to 20kgs as well:)

yeah take anything upto 30kg to post office. £10.20.

Parcel force only do the 48hour thing which is ****ing pricy.

it's not that confusing Dai. :)

The post office apparently bought the Standard Parcel post off parcel force or something.

the guy did explain it to me.

The wifey at the post office always goes nuts when I bring big packages in, I think there's an unwritten rule at my PO about the parcels having to fit through the glass box bit between the counters? I'm not too sure how thay could weigh a large object (a bumper for example) because they've only got desktop scales at my PO?

It'll be interesting when I go in with my s13 rear bumper for Ade in the near future

Dunc.

I'm sure Parcel Force would do it, and charge loads, and by the time you got it,it would be a Vintage car  :)
