Hi, I'm getting the car serviced in a week or so and wondering which would be the best plugs to get. She's a standard 1996 s14.

Once I've finished moving house I might look at modifying her a bit and was thinking of starting with the exhaust, is this recommended? I'm averaging around 35 to the gallon back and forth work (M4 & Link Road) and local on weekends so if modifying will drastically increase petrol consumption I might have to think again. Grateful for any info:thumbs:

I know of a great place you can get your exhaust done!

Pro Speed in Cardiff, they can custom build it for you! :Plug:

And i just happen to work there ! :wack:

Personally i would go for denso iridium plugs:nod: but if your car is running totaly standard then just get normal ones

or just buy some NGK coppers and go out for a curry with the change saved over iridiums :p

NGK BCPR7ES will do nicely, and also suit a bit more boost. Its pretty much the 'universal' plug :)

Cooky pop down sometime saturday fella.

I realy dont know the prices yet, but i do know it does depend on what tailpipe/back box design you have and also the sound can make a difference too (depending on how many silencers are in there)

Try dropping a PM to stuartUK, we recently did an exhaust for him
