quiky, can you auto archive from exchange server individuals mailboxes instead of the whole store??

Biggest mailbox size is neerly 1gb!! for 1 user who has 16,000+ items!!

Yeh we had muppets like that too. If it was a filing cabinet they wouldn't let it get out of hand would they. :mad:

What we did, was named and shamed the culprits on the Intranet by having a Top Ten.

yeah we done the top 10 thingy and they have requested a auto archive, i know u can do it on individual machines etc, i know you can auto archive from exchange, but its the entire store, and i don't want to do the entire store just individual users/mailbox

Not sure you can do that from Exchange - I think it is down to individual users. Getting them to do it is a major ball-ache. :(
