My car drives much better after chip was fitted and timing was adjusted. Thanks.
But its still slightly over boosting I can't turn actuator back anymore as arm is already too long as it rattling and if I do tuen it back 1 turn arm is too long as it keeps actuator open all the time and it loses boost.
Have you got any ideas what I could do to stop this problem?

Is it going over 1 bar?
Try putting a hose directly from the intercooler pipe to the actuator, remove the boost solenoid and block up the hole in the AFM->turbo hose.

See if that helps.

Its boosting between 16 and 17psi and I can just feel its misfiring.
I will try what you suggested tomorrow.
Thanks.

I've tried what you said to do but now I can’t get car to boost enough. It goes to 10psi and when car gets to about 4500-5000 revs it goes up to about 13psi.
It did this after turning my actuator back 4 turns so I gave it another 2 turns and it was the same.
Here is picture of how I have connected my pipes up in case i've done something wrong.

Any ideas what’s wrong?
Also how stiff should the waste gate arm be? Mine is very lose and won't stay in the fully closed position could this be anything to do with my problem?

This picture shows length of actuator arm in case you think it needs more adjusting.

Thats correct :)
Just wind a lot of preload onto the actuator and buy a boost controller. The HKS actuators won't go much above 13-14psi on their own.

Thanks.
So I need to turn it back more (shorten arm)? Then get one of those EBC's you showed me yesterday?

Yup :)
Shorter arm = more boost
Set the arm so you get the minimum amount of boost that you want. Then use an EBC to bring the boost up to the max you want to run.
