Namelezz,

Think Ben mentioned this in the Southampton Meet thread, that we could do it there as long as you have all the bits needed and all the tools are available. Otherwise we could possibly do it a little earlier and then make it to the meet.

See the Southampton meet thread above this  and let me know

cheers flik,

yeah i have been in contact with ben, i have all the components needed i.e gauges wiring sandwich plate INSTRUCTIONS new oil filter (oil if needed). i can bring the tools as well.
Ben said we can use his place if need be, as im not sure how long they take to fit. so what is best? as i was hoping to go to the meet later on that day but didnt want to be a pain and ask people right there and then to help.

Well it can be arranged to do it earlier on if others are willing, as it may take a bit of time.

If Ben said it's alright to use his place then its easy enough to do it there, you will need plenty of connectors for the electrics, there is one I described on the other thread as one that you slot in that cuts the live in half and then joins the other to it and locks a cover over it (not sure on the name) but those seemed to be the best ones to use.

Well the meet itself is at 1pm, so therefore I'd say 10:30am? Though it depends what time Ben is up  and who else is about as to how much time is needed.
