Dyno tested horsham engine!

Last saturday i did a dyno run to see the results after the full engine build. I was blown away by the results. The car was making 327 bhp @ 1,25 bar, after the rebuild and the mapping it's making a whopping 379,7 bhp with a small peak of 388,6 bhp @ 1,5 bar with 534 n/m of torque @ 4000 rpm. Unbelievable this was even more then i could dream of. So a big :notworthy to Jez @ Horsham developments. The results are not even the maximum yet, the injectors where at 100% duty so we could not run higher boost. Next year we will remap the car @ 1,8 bar and we are hoping to reach the 400 bhp mark. All these figures are @ the fly ofcourse. But the most important thing is that the car has a great powerband and virtually no lag. The off boost map is also crazy fast. The car is a dream to drive, here are some pictures of what the power does to the tyres ;-). And a video of the dyno run.

Yeah, its an auto so the run was done through the gears in 1st, 2nd, 3rd and bit of 4th.

They are changing gears because it's an automatic. you cant lock the gears. I can't drive a manual because of a handycap thats why they shift.

You maxxed out 740cc injectors at 380hp? Or what is the spec on the engine? Still on HKS GTRS?

555 nismo injectors are @ 100% duty.
