WTF??

I am just getting shocks off of everything I touch these days (Apart from my car bizarrely). The door release switches at work are fcuking metal, guaranteeing a shock every time I go out of them.

I brushed past my girlfriend yesterday and heard a *CRACK* as I gave her a static shock!!

Thankfully I don't turn off lamposts when I walk past! :D

Anyone else get this?

Dave

Only in shopping centres for me. Another reason to keep away from them...

I do! i cant get out of my office without getting shocked off the door handle!

Its got to the point where i wait for someone else to open it and run!

Think its a mixture of shoe sole material and that jank carpet you get in offices!

I have it every now again as well. It's bloody annoying. Bizarrely, I find wetting my hair gets rid of it :D

I've been getting shocks off all sorts, usually when I touch something after getting out of the car.

I'm into the habbit of holding the end of my car key and earthing myself out now at ever available opportunity :)

What really pi55es me off is that I don't get it for ages, and then all of a sudden I'll be getting shocks off everything, ALL day  The most annoying of which has to be when I switch a light on and I happen to brush one of the screws. Big shock every time

Yeah I've noticed recently an increase in static electricity build up, very odd really, same old clothes, car hasn't changed, although for some reason I think it's related to it.

The other day I was sat watching tely and the dog came over for attention and as her nose came near my hand I electrocuted her!!

That surprised her.

Theres only one explination, aliens!

I cant stoke one of our cats most of the time, build up static on the down stroke.........static shock through pussys ears next time round, poor thing, makes him jump!

You know,

Maybe it is Aliens. I've come to the the conclusion I keep getting abducted whilst at work. I can sit there, look at my watch, then again a bit later and an hours passed just like that *SNAP*. I dont remember any of it. I've talked to ny shift partner at work and she gets the same thing too. It FCUKING ODD!
