Some of you may be aware that there is a show at Castle Combe catering for jap cars. It seems to be very similar to TRAX (same organisers).

Is anyone interested in going to it and would you want an SXOC stand there?

Entrance tickets pre-booked through the club will be £5 (half price) and there is track time available at £20/15 minute session.

Theres also a rolling road available at £20. There are only 60 spaces available for this.

If theres enough people wanting a stand I'll get the ball rolling.

Steve I would like to go to this and do the track time but I can't let you know yet as I start a new 6 month course in Reading in April and I wont know till I get there if I will be off that weekend

The car reg bit of the form, is that your 200 or the car you will be going in? didnt know if the reg was printed on the tickets ;)

Its for the 200 if its going to be on the stand which might not happen anyway now seeing as it would be pretty pointless having a stand with, ummm so far, no cars on it.

Only just seen it. Would love to have my car on the stand, but I can't guantee the engine will be fitted. It should be, as the clutch is now only 2 weeks away.

What if I pay up, but the 2 ***** cant make it?

Unfortunately, unlucky, the money will be lost. We will have paid for the tickets and they wont refund the money.

Steve, what I meant was, I don't want to piss people off by saying I'm going to bring my car on the stand, and then end up not making the numbers if the car don't make it. I'll drive up in the works car anyway, so the money won't be wasted. I didn't expect a refund.

I don't know how tight we are for stand spaces, but if it is ok, I would like to reserve one though, and buy 2 tickets :)

What does the stand ticket mean. Is it just to show your car off.
The car don`t look 100% at moment but goes well.

That's a fair comment. I don't read every single post though, especially in the Events section. I only heard about it and that it going to be at Castle Combe off TAC and Barry at the Longwell Meet. As its only up the road from me, I was interested.

Youve just got yourself a ticket.:)

No cost apart from the usual entrance fee. Nothing to pay to be on the stand.

Doesnt matter what state your car is in as long as its shiny.:)
